What data we process
If you send a restoration inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, city, information about the instrument, the content of your message and uploaded photographs. The exact scope depends on the information you choose to provide.
Why we use the data
We use data submitted through the form only to handle your inquiry, make an initial assessment of the instrument, contact you and, if you decide to use our services, arrange and carry out the work. We do not use inquiry data for marketing without a separate legal basis.
Legal basis
We process data needed to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible service in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, processing may also be based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and related contact. If the inquiry leads to a service, data may be retained for the time needed to perform the contract and for any period required by law or necessary to protect against possible claims. Data and photographs that are no longer needed should be deleted once the purpose for keeping them ends.
Who may receive the data
Personal data may be accessible to technical providers necessary for website operation, hosting, email delivery or system maintenance, only to the extent required to provide those services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Instrument photographs
Photographs uploaded through the form are stored in a private part of the system and are used to assess the instrument. Please avoid including documents, identifiable people or other information that is not needed to handle the inquiry.
